Loren Hill, senior vice president, commercial vendor, for Key Equipment Finance, has been elected to serve a two-year term on the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association’s Captive and Vendor Finance Business Council Steering Committee.
The Captive and Vendor Finance Business Council Steering Committee is one of five primary constituent bodies at ELFA. The committees are an integral part of ELFA's operations, providing critical input on the direction of the association and serving as a bridge between the membership and the Board of Directors and staff. The committee members are elected by the Business Council membership for a term of two years on a staggered basis.
“I’m honored to be selected to serve on the Captive and Vendor Finance Business Council Steering Committee,” said Hill, who oversees the commercial vendor sector for Key Equipment Finance. “It is important for our industry to connect and advocate around vendor finance issues, and I look forward to supporting the association over the next two years.”
The Captive and Vendor Finance Business Council Steering Committee represents financial services organizations that provide sales-assisted financing and vendor and manufacturer support activities, either on a third-party or captive basis. The committee analyzes the needs of companies in this segment and recommends to the ELFA Board of Directors how to meet those needs.
